Every intuitive reading may draw from tarot, mediumship, energy scanning, Reiki and past-life exploration. Explore each modality below to understand how Sophie uses it, knowing you never have to choose just one.

Tarot Reading

Tarot and oracle cards offer a visual and intuitive language for bringing the fuller story into view. Sophie works with a personal collection of more than 100 decks, including decks she has created herself, and chooses each one according to the client, question and energy of the moment. The cards may reveal influences, recurring patterns, choices and possibilities connected to different paths. They can also help express something you have felt but could not yet put into words. Rather than presenting the future as fixed, Sophie uses the cards to help you understand what is happening and move forward clearly.

Medical Intuition

Medical Intuition is the common name for this modality, though Sophie describes her process as an intuitive energy scan. She is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. Instead, Sophie reads your energy field, noticing where energy may feel congested, depleted, disconnected or unable to move freely. She may receive symbols, colors, sensations, words or connections that offer context for what she perceives. These impressions may relate to emotions, past experiences, relationships or energetic patterns. The purpose is to build awareness around what you may be holding and where you are ready to create movement.

Past Lives Reading

Past-life exploration may offer context for a fear without a clear origin, a relationship that feels immediately familiar, a repeating pattern or an unexplained connection to a particular time or place. Information may arise through tarot, an energy scan, Reiki, mediumship or focused intuitive impressions. The purpose is not to remain focused on who you may have been in another lifetime. Instead, Sophie explores why the information may matter now and how it could connect to your present relationships, choices and emotional experiences. By understanding the deeper roots of a pattern, you may see your current path with greater clarity.

Mediumship Reading

Mediumship is not something Sophie forces or schedules within a reading. It arises naturally when a departed loved one has something meaningful to communicate. A presence may come forward at the beginning of a session, while Sophie is reading the cards or during an intuitive energy scan. Information can arrive through words, images, emotions, memories, physical impressions or details that carry meaning for you. Departed pets may also come forward. Although a particular loved one can never be guaranteed to appear, messages received through mediumship may offer comfort, validation and reassurance that love does not disappear after physical life ends.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is woven throughout Sophie’s readings rather than reserved for one separate part of the session. She uses energetic sensitivity when choosing the cards and decks best suited to each client, question and moment. During a reading, Reiki may gently support movement when you feel emotionally or energetically stuck—the familiar feeling of knowing something needs to change but being unsure where to begin. It also helps Sophie hold the session in an atmosphere of warmth, care and support. Her intention is for you to feel safe receiving honest guidance and to leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself.

Do I need to know which type of reading I need?

No. You only need to choose the session length and format that work best for you. Bring the question, situation or feeling you would like to understand, and Sophie will guide the session from there. She may move between tarot, mediumship, energy scanning, Reiki and past-life exploration as helpful information comes forward.

What happens during an intuitive reading?

Every intuitive reading unfolds differently because it is shaped around you and what you bring to the session. Sophie may begin with tarot or oracle cards before moving into another modality that offers helpful context. The goal is to explore what may be influencing your situation and leave you with clear, practical guidance you can use.

Can I bring someone else to my reading?

To provide the clearest and most personal reading possible, Sophie asks that you attend your session alone and remain in a private room. Having another person present can make it more difficult for her to focus solely on your energy and what is coming forward for you. Your reading is also a confidential space where you can speak openly and comfortably.

Can I have my reading over the phone?

Live readings are held through Zoom rather than over the phone. Sophie works with clients throughout the world, and Zoom provides the most reliable and consistent way to connect across different locations. Being able to see one another also helps the session feel more personal and allows the conversation to unfold naturally. You can join Zoom from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
