1. General

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. If the two differ, Section 8 of the Terms of Use controls.

ALL PAYMENTS AND SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE ADDRESSED IN THIS POLICY.

Nothing in this Policy limits a right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement, including the cancellation rights described in Section 6.

2. Live Sessions

Changing a session. If you cannot make your appointment, tell us at least two hours beforehand using the link in your confirmation and we will convert it to a pre-recorded reading at no extra charge. You submit your question and we deliver a recorded video within 10 business days. There is no fee and no limit on how often you can do this. We do not reschedule live sessions.

Running late. We hold your slot for fifteen minutes. If you join within that window the session goes ahead but still ends at its scheduled end time, because the next appointment is reserved.

No-shows. If you do not join within fifteen minutes and did not ask for a conversion in time, the session is forfeited with no refund, credit, or make-up. We sometimes record a reading for someone who missed their appointment as a courtesy. That is entirely at our discretion, is not part of what you purchased, and doing it once does not mean we will do it again.

3. Pre-Recorded Readings

Work begins as soon as your question arrives, so these are non-refundable once you submit it. If you have paid but not yet submitted your question, contact us for a full refund.

We deliver within 10 business days. If we cannot, you may request a full refund. Please save your own copy when you receive it.

4. Packages and Gift Cards

• Packages. All package sessions must be used within one year of purchase; unused sessions expire and are not refundable or extendable. Sessions may be used by you or by someone in your immediate family or household, provided each person is at least sixteen and accepts our Terms of Use. Packages are refundable in full within three days if no session has been used; non-refundable after that.

• Gift cards. No expiration, redeemable against any Service. Not refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Not replaceable if lost or shared.

• Both. Sessions booked with a package or gift card follow Section 2. A forfeited no-show is not restored to the package or card.

5. Private Events

Private events are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the quoted fee, with the balance due on the day of the event. Fees, travel charges, and any minimum are quoted in writing beforehand.

• Cancel more than fourteen (14) days out: the deposit is retained and nothing further is owed.

• Cancel within fourteen (14) days: the full quoted fee is owed.

• Your quote is based on the guest count and duration agreed in advance. Fewer guests does not reduce the fee.

• We will try to move your date if you ask more than fourteen (14) days beforehand, subject to availability.

• If we cancel, you receive a full refund including the deposit. That is your sole remedy.

These amounts reflect the date reserved, travel arranged, and other bookings declined. As stated in our Terms of Use, we may end our attendance without refund if the environment becomes unsafe, abusive, or unmanageable.

6. In-Person Purchases and Your Right to Cancel

Readings bought at a festival or market are non-refundable once given. If we cannot get to you before the event ends, you receive a full refund.

7. Online Courses

Online courses are non-refundable. Access continues for as long as we make the course available. If we permanently discontinue a course within twelve months of your purchase, you may choose a comparable course or a pro-rated refund. Sharing credentials or distributing content ends access without refund.

8. If We Cancel

If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you may choose a rescheduled session, a pre-recorded reading, or a full refund of what you paid for that booking. That is your sole remedy; we are not responsible for other costs such as travel or time away from work.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and software. If a session fails on our side, this Section applies. If it fails on your side, the no-show terms in Section 2 apply, though we will usually try to convert it to a pre-recorded reading.

9. Refunds and Disputes

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in United States dollars for the amount we received; we cannot cover exchange rate movement or a foreign transaction fee charged by your bank.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without contacting us, we may decline to provide further Services. This does not limit any right you have under law, including Section 6.
